How I can help
I offer one-to-one coaching and development that gives you space to step back, think clearly, and make sense of what’s happening.
Together we can explore patterns such as over-accommodation and self-silencing, and begin to make changes in a way that feels:
- calm
- manageable
- and sustainable over time
This isn’t about pushing you to become someone different. It’s about helping you find a way of working that feels more natural, balanced, and true for you.

Each piece of work is shaped around you, but areas often include:
- understanding what’s happening beneath current challenges
- expressing yourself more clearly, in a way that feels right for you
- navigating difficult conversations or relationships
- building confidence in your own judgement and decisions
- managing stress, pressure, or emotional responses
- developing a way of working that feels more sustainable
Much of my work centres around helping people develop a more grounded, authentic sense of assertiveness – in a way that feels natural rather than forced.
How we work
We begin with an initial conversation to explore where you are and what you’d like to change.
From there, we usually agree a small number of sessions to create momentum, while keeping things flexible.
A typical approach might include:
- 60-75-minute one-to-one sessions
- sessions spaced to allow time for reflection and integration
- use of profiling tools, where helpful
- light check-in support between sessions if needed
There’s no rigid formula; we work at a pace and depth that feels right for you.
