The DISC model provides a way of understanding how people interact with the world around them, based on their preferences. DISC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance.
- The online PeopleKeys DISC assessment is easy to use and only takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete;
- The PeopleKeys’ DISC Profile and Report has 18 pages. The information is shown in the form of graphics and images with explanations, which are succinct and easy to understand;
- Through discussion, you will gain insights into how you can play to your strengths, identify the areas that need improvement, and immediately begin developing in these areas.
